Hello for everyone ,I and my wife received emails for every person on Monday 12 pm ,2 minutes after this I try reserve and nothing ,12 : 09 I try reserve for my wife and nothing,it was about towel set ,not important for us but was for camping to mohegun sun ,no it is not happen ,who is working for mohegun sun ,I was called and spoke with Kisha and she after give me many words nothing about consens I try pick up my voice ,she told me as I am Yelling her ,I apologize her but her professional is 0 ,she provoke me ,so in my opinion when I coming every week and lost money I was good now I am bad person ,I expect mohegun sun give me answer ASAP about this ,it was March 9 ,2024 ,in my opinion mohagen sun is worse company and not friendly ,to many person without responsibility

Bret Michaels Concert

Good morning,

My cousin, her boyfriend, and I came down from Litchfield County to see the Bret Michaels concert. It actually was the second time because we had already gotten to the hotel when we learned that Bret had cancelled, so now we have paid for a hotel room twice and we still haven't seen Bret.

The evening of the concert I had had two beers with dinner and had just gotten one at the concert that I hadn't even finished. I went out to have a cigarette and on my way back to my seat security approached me and asked where my seats were. To be honest, I thought I could eyeball where my seats were but that was a mistake because I couldn't. So the first guard tells me that they have been watching me on camera (granted Bret hadn't even gone on yet, I had gotten the one beer on the way into the arena, and that was my first cigarette at the arena) so they could not have been watching too long.

The first guard was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I told him that I had just gone through a terrible divorce, that I am a teacher, that I wasn't driving, and my children weren't with me. He replied that I should be ashamed of myself for and that I am a *** for drinking given that I am a mother and teacher. They continued to remove me from the arena but this first guard told me that I can stay in the casino and restaurant but not the arena because I am a safety concern.

So I guess I wasn't a safety concern in the casino (where I would be spending money) or your restaurants where I would spend money, just in the arena where I paid to be. I did go sit down against a pillar and cry my eyes out because I was so upset to be kicked out when I was not highly intoxicated and for the way the first guard had treated me so rudely and disrespectfully. The second guard was very kind and actually told me that if the wheels hadn't already been set in motion that he would have let me back into the arena after talking with me for 15 minutes realizing that I was not highly intoxicated. I have spoken to two lawyers who said that I could take this to small claims court but I'd rather try to just work with you as I am a reasonable person and I am assuming that you are all too being, successful professionals, as I am as well.

What I am asking is to be reimbursed the ticket prices for myself, my cousin, and her boyfriend (given they were asked to leave with me as well) and to be reimbursed for both hotel stays.

You left first name, area you live , event you were at, self-admitted to drinking , vocation, the fact that you were kicked out and brought up lawyers. Like the other person said, take it to court and watch what happens.

My hotel reservation #CHP5H was for Friday, January 26, 2024.

Your representative charged me $103.00 for a complimentary room..how outrageous of you. The tv bill never showed the charges..it said I had zero due at discharge.

It took me an hour and a half waiting on the phone to have you disconnected me..when I called back I received a callback within 10 minutes.

The representative explained the pending hold on my account for 24 hours.

Answering calls an hour and a half after a customer calls you is so disrespectful of my time. You should a least advise me of wait times when you cant answer instead of leaving my hanging 1 1/2 hours.

Very, very disappointed in your treatment of my patronage.

I went today to the show with my girlfriend.Show was beautiful but casino didnt have almost nobody from security . It was worse organized show I ever went to.Show started at 3:00 we got in3:45 because casino didnt have enough staff.One big mess.All people were angry.Never again any shows at casino.It socks.Shame on casino.

As I have tried to State many times you continue to lock me out of my account even after refreshing all of my passwords and identification this casino is gone downhill there are others as I wrote in my feedback previously you don't keep the smoking lamps on the heat lamps on for the smokers your waitresses are too damn slow you have more security than you have wait staff on the floor which hang around by your machine very uncomfortable many incidents have occurred over for food dirty dishes trying to get a drink an extremely rude waitstaff dirty glasses that come out with lipstick and soap suds horrendous comped rooms for hotels used one time who wants to be out of bed at 11:00 if it's staying away from home think about it you want to be a getaway place make it nice for everybody

FanDuel has terrible customer service

To qualify for a bonus, Using the app, I placed a single bet on the digital version of American roulette, a game I don't usually play. Overall, the spin resulted in a net loss of $10.

I expected my account balance would be reduced by $10. Instead, it deducted $210 from my account. Going to the account history, it showed a second bet of $200 for a second spin, which I did not place. Contacting support only resulted in suspending my account.

They did not refund my money, their IT department did not contact me to gather details as to the events leading up to this occurrence, and they did not refund the remaining balance of my account. They should be concerned that something like this happened but they aren't They could not provide details as to the alleged spots that were wagered and in what amounts, nor the purported result of this phantom second spin. Instead, they simply sent repeated demands that I provide a photo of myself holding a piece of paper with the date, a photo of my government ID, and a photo of the credit/debit card used to fund my account, all of which I provided the first time they asked, but they keep asking for this same information, and that is the extent to which they respond. There is no phone number to call for support, only online chat.

Chatting elicits only "apologies that the person cannot do anything himself, but they will escalate my incident report." It has been about two months now, and I have chatted with them on about five occasions. In the last, they told me someone had "attempted to reach out to me" but he did not provide a date or time this was alleged to have occurred, he did not provide a means (e.g. email or phone), and I did not receive any such email or voicemail messages. The representative then said that since they received no "response" after three days, they closed the ticket (but stated he would "reopen" the ticket).

What it comes down to is when you have a problem, if it is to their advantage, they simply stonewall and give you the runaround with apologies of the chat person's inability to address the issue and fake assurances that they will forward the issue where it will be addressed and resolved. None of that happened. I just receive repeated demands to upload the same information I already uploaded.

They stubbornly refuse to rectify the issue and bank on that you will simply get frustrated and give up, whereupon they keep your money. It looks like I will need to file a dispute with my bank.

User's recommendation: Avoid online Mohegan Sun FanDuel casino. You don't know what is lurking in the code. If you have issues, they will not actually address them.

I used to love going to Mohegan Sun I am 100% assured that they will not respond to this message, which i'm fine with, But i will keep trying until the day i die,with hopes that someone else will be aware of the illegal things that the Supervisors back up I was there for a stay last February,that i was acussed of smoking in a non smoking the room. For 25 plus years,ive always asked for a non-smoking room. I got 2 different stories of how i brought an ash tray in,and a cigarette was discovered Then i was told that a cigarette was found in a card board box.Nobody that i was with smoked in that room!!

Tired of never winning games freeze

This is for the online casino gaming. I have played online for over a year up until 2 months ago it was fun.

You would win some you would lose some sometimes you would come ahead sometimes you would lose. Not anymore doesn't matter how much I add from my bank into this app, how many different games I play you never come out ahead if you're playing small and put in 50 cents you win 15 cents 40 cents but never as much as you bet if you bet find $1 you win 50 cents this is happened on every game I have played on their site.

There is also a problem with the app where the games freeze. At this point it is only a site that is going to take your money it is not worth it

I am very disappointed in Mohegan sun

I am very disappointed

I am no longer getting any complimentary rooms. I may not spend millions but I do spend money.

The last 3/4 visits I have had my grandkids so I havent gambled . However I have spent money in kids quest, restaurants, Starbucks and candy store. I dont understand why that doesnt seem to count for anything. Then you charge 249.00 a night / Foxwoods 149.00 so I dont even get a discount for spending my money at Mohegan.

I have been coming to you for many many years and again I dont spend millions but I do spend and bring friends to restaurants.

I feel that you dont appreciate or need my business. I didnt think you were all about the bottom line like the others.

I stayed at the Mohegan Sun Casino Hotel once. And I was attacked in my room by a worker who stalked me home and stole several phones, a Fendi bag, aRolex watch, a gold and diamond wedding ring, a 14K rope chain in my Avon cottage. The thieves came back in 2022 after I made a formal complaint about an executive stalking me. Since her stalking, there has been four murders and six attempted murders of my family and friends to get our money.

Inept security and treatment

They shouldn't handle punks out of college to handle guest relations! After the treatment my elderly mother and I received (a disable 50 year old who take seizures with a brain injury ) over a situation that was settled well over a year before, but it's obvious they are not good with human relations at that age, and this one loved that power trip a little bit too much " branden" or whatever was his name...

after he knew my mother and I were complaining about his inept, immature, petty, and crude attitude that he liked the power trip of that job! If you go thru mohegan sun,I'd go in the nighttime ! He obviously likes picking on the elderly and disable customers who enter the establishment ( yes, he kicked out my mother simply for asking " how much longer do you think this is going to take?" ...

I ended up visiting my favorite casino that I have been gambling at since day they opened snd spent much money have many many memories here but as of Friday I came in the afternoon to play my free slotplay and I just found out I have cancer three days ago and wanted to get my mind off it and be at my favorite second home well I got sick was dizzy and very ill to I'll to drive or be waiting for a ride so I went to hotel to rent a room I didn't care what price it was I was so sick I just wanted to lay down and the girl at hotel treated me so bad I was treated like the most disrespect and than security talking in a group sewing I was sick didn't even accommodate me I slept on a chair in bus lobby for minutes than got to my vehicle I waited till my boyfriend drove all way here to get me he was tired so we got room and the next morn sat I waited for a bottle of water for hours and waitress rolls her eyes so then I called 1800 number on my casino card to explain to supervisor my experience she acted like it's a joke as I'm walking toward the hotel she's the one handling my call as I walked in hotel lobby she was like ur talking to me I'm so done I felt violated cancer is enough to deal with but the disrespect of your supervisor was so unethical unprofessional I can throw up ill never come back here it's a joke to them they don't care about their customers safety or well being they talk to you unprofcessionally and made me so much sicker that this one nite here outta hundreds of visits made me so upset and the supervisor at desk said I can't do nothing but say sorry and again she again makes a fool out of me. If you want to go to a casino with a good vibe and great customer service and workers go to windcreek casino I love it there they know how to treat their customers who spent countless hours and money there ill never come back to this place I'm leaving now at 7am I'm walking out door never coming back and I don't think making a fool out of me is how a manager does she seems to not have a clue what her job is and how one person can make u upset u will tell every family friend not to go there..I'm glad u think not doing your job or even showing an empathy for me at my sickest weakest moment fighting stage 3 cancer is funny I was treated like I didn't exist Noone cared except my family friends that drove here to help me calm me down I'm still upset u think you saying sorry as you are laughing at my face is going to make me ever come back.

Think twice what kind of people hire a manager with no customer service skills I have my masters in business and didn't need a degree to know how to treat your valued customers without us u wouldn't have a job so I didn't resolve nothing except again being made a fool of I'm done trying to find someone of importance who can take care of this and never to allow her to treat others the way she did I know the difference between being a professional and she came out of her character like she knows me as a person. How she runs this hotel is a joke the old employees last years were awesome and now they need to really evaluate who they hire because one person is enough to loss business with how many more until you teach her how to do her job as a manager. I will get my story out there on every social media account and I will reach out to hr until then I had worst experience last nite and today here in my entire life I had alot of trips that I've stayed days or nites gambling here over years Ober one horrible person who made u so sick and upset I guess I'm just not important I can just pass out on floor it be funny right it's far from funny when Noone is doing nothing to help u here I never seen nothing like this in Mt life what a nite I cantvwait to leave this is past because each minute I think of it makes me sicker and highly emotionally drained never should someone feel like this coming to a huge casino like this dontvthey care no Noone did its all a joke a person can pass out they will just ignore u what kind of people do they hire because I never in all my years had a problem at no casino everyone smiles is kind c and helps you in any way they can she just made me sick and I never felt that sick snd needed Mt room but she didn't care she just treated me like I was a Noone she smirked at me I'll never forget it because I am not going to act like her and give my time or money or energy to this casino.
